Is it possible to change a contract without the other party

Customer Question

Is it possible to change a contract without the other party agreeing to the change?
JA: The Lawyer will need to help you with this. Have you consulted a lawyer yet?
Customer: No
JA: Please give me a bit more information, so we can help you best.
Customer: It is similar to the UCC 1-308 on the drivers license.
JA: Is there anything else the Lawyer should be aware of?
Customer: Could it be seen as fraud for me to enter into the contract without full disclosure of what I was signing?
JA: I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Lawyer about your situation and connect you two.

Could you tell me a little more detail about the contract and the unilateral modification?
