Customer Question

I have a LLC business in South Carolina and I am trying to obtain a loan. The lender wants proof that I own it 100%, the filing from state they say is not proof enough they want a statement from a lawyer that it has been verified that I am 100% owner. Can you provide a document that says that?Eleanor

Thank you for your question.
I am afraid that state law forbids any expert on this site from actually representing you or any other customer on the site. If you need local counsel, please use the same sites used by other attorneys, http://www.hg.org or http://www.lexmundi.com
