Customer Question

I made a loan on a vehicle by written contract and have the title in my name as lienholder. The loan was never repaid. The last payment date was 6-22-2009. I have sent a letter to debtor to cure default on 10-22-2015 which included repossession language. I am in the state of Maine. I would like to repossess the vehicle. Does the 6 year statute of limitations prevent me from repossessing the vehicle where I am listed as lienholder on the title?
