Hello and welcome! My name is ***** ***** I will try my level best to help with your situation or get you to someone who can.

.

Are you saying that mother never received or paid a bill for transferring the properties to the S Corp 12 years ago?

.

And that the attorney is now trying to collect on that bill?

.

And mother passed at some time and left the S Corp to you in her will?

.

Did anyone ever file a probate case to settle mother's estate?

.

Who is the executor of mother's will?

.

.

thanks
