I am living in Texas, but am purchasing a store front boutique in operation in asheville, north carolina. I want to move it to tulsa, ok. just want to know if there will be any prohibitive issues.

Be sure that the operating business has all its debts, taxes and liabilities paid. Other than that, there's not much to be concerned about, except being able to attract customers in the new location.
