What would be the proper documentation to give to the investment bankers? Would it be my incorporation documents etc?

It really depends on the bank (there is no statutory rule or requirement, so each bank has their own requirements).

Many require your Certificate of Incorporation, the state filing that shows the names of officers, date of incorporation, corporate name, but again, check with the bank for their specific requirements.
