Customer Question

I sold My portion of a business three years ago, it is a design and build company that works in multiple states. The balance payment is due in 4 years, but they haven't followed the intent or the written agreement, so can I call for the final payment to be paid now plus at least a $100,000 in other fee's I feel I am due?
Thank you
