Under GA law, a person who has had a DUI, misdemeanor or felony conviction within 5 years of applying for a liquor license cannot obtain such a license. Also, failure to disclose all convictions would bar someone from obtaining a license, no matter how long ago the conviction occurred.
So as long as you disclose all convictions and you have not have a conviction in 5 years, you can obtain a liquor license under GA law.
