It turns out that property manager will be mailing out ballot proxies
Is there anything in the statutes that require the property manager to mail the
proxies from the same state and or general proximity of the HOA's physical address? The property manager has an office about 25 miles away but their main office is in Texas..Mailing from Texas significantly reduces the amount of time we have to canvass from door to door.

That's a good point, but I don't see any legal issue in involved. I've never seen a mailing requirement linked to a specific locale. As a practical matter, they should probably be mailed no less than 14 - 21 days prior to the election, so it wouldn't make any difference where they're mailed from. Hope all goes well.
