How can I get this person, to stop harassing me by texts, and telling me she has hired an attorney , and taking me to court.. This has been ongoing, since I first contacted you back in may. They are all empty threats, I would have been contacted by an attorney by now. She's in complete denial, that she's still part of my business. What should I do?

If she is harassing you by electronic communications you have a couple of options. First keep the texts. Second, you can file a complaint with the police for harassing communications and they can arrest her. Third, you can file suit against her for harassment and seek to get a restraining order and also as part of the suit you would file to have her removed from your business (which means you may have to pay her for her share of the business).

These are your options available to you.
