1) In WA you can file for your LLC online at https://corps.secstate.wa.gov/llc/pages/startpage.aspx

2) You can also register your trademark online at
http://www.uspto.gov/trademarks/teas/

3) You can file for your EIN with the IRS at http://www.irs.gov

Thus you can register everything for your business online.
