Can a legal corporation doing business as an internet retailer or retailer also under the same corporation do business as a distributor of goods? If not can the same executives that own the retail corporation start a new separate corporation to distribute goods and can they distribute to their own retail corporation? [email protected]
Yes, they are recognized as 2 separate entities even if the shareholders are the same.

Is the answer "yes" for just one corporation being both a retailer and distributor?
So long as it is documented, yes. However, from a legal standpoint you would be better off with separate entities from the separate purposes.
