Customer Question

I started with Tahitian Noni Int'l on February 24, 2004. On March 1, 2011 an agreement was approved by TNI for my daughter Kenya to purchase my distributorship from commissions generated on an ongoing basis. I thought, in a few years she would own a business with a database of customers enjoying the benefits of the products month, after month, after month. On February 25, 2012 TNI terminated my daughters' distributorship based on accusations that I tried to recruit reps from TNI to join another company. Based on these and other mere accusations against me (no affidavits or court recorded testimony) they took a business from my daughter consisting of more than 12,000 reps and more than $29 million in sales and gave her $0. Not one phone call to me or her to simply ask..."is this true"? No "evidence" was reviewed by a 3rd attorney, no judge, no legal procedures and no "due process". Please help.

Thank you for the post, I am happy to assist you by answering your questions. What exactly does the contract you entered into state with respect the company's ability to terminate?
