What restrictions are in place for advertising "tobacco" oriented business? Cigars, etc.

In 1971, the federal government implemented a ban on all advertising of tobacco products on radio and TV. Subsequently, federal courts have upheld that the ban is constitutional and does not violate First Amendment rights.

Since it is a federal law, it applies in all states, including Texas.
