Customer Question

I own an llc registered in Delaware, I want to close the llc. My problem is this the company was a club, and has never made any money or has ever had any employees. However, I have not filed. Past federal tax forms, just stupid on my part. But, I've lost money every year. the only income was dues, which went back 100 percent back into the club. How do I clear this up and terminate this legally.

Good afternoon. How long has this LLC been in existence and are you the 100% owner?

Do you have any suggestions regarding my situation? What steps should I be taken to resolve this issue.

First, can you tell me whether you own this LLC by yourself? And, how long it has been in existence? Thanks.
