I work for ab Long term Care Facility..I was asked to make curtains,,no problem.I sew a lot..but no pay for my hours of making them,,then my major question. We get paid Holiday pay of 8 hours.can we not work 40 hours during that week. holiday pay is seperate

Did you have some type of agreement with the company to be compensated for the hours/work you did with the curtains?

Are you asking if you should be paid holiday pay, even if you do not work 40 hours that week?
