we own retail store that sell fine art. our competition own

Resolved Question:

we own retail store that sell fine art.
our competition own retail store few stores on the right side and sell the same fine art.
few days ago the same owner (our competition) open a new store on our left side almost next door and also sell same fine art.
the problem is that the same owner own take the customer from left side to their other store on the right side and also they take the customers from the right side to the left side leaving us with almost no customers.
we are located in the center between the owner 2 stores.
is it legal?
the problem is that we do not get any customers as they transfer them to their other stores from left to right and from right to left.
Is it legal to do that?
we are located in San Francisco California

Yes, that would be legal. There is nothing illegal about having customers in both of their stores.

I know nothing illegal about having customers in both of their stores.
we have no problem with that.

our competition open the new store only to get us out of business.
they said we will not let you have any sells.

when a customer walk in their store, and don't buy, they take them to their other store and we do not get a chance to show or to sell to that customer.
we deal with tourist on busy street, but they transfer the people from store to store on purpos.

There is nothing illegal about that. There is no law that requires them to share their customers with you. Competition is completely legal and allowed and often encouraged.
