What do a person need to do to have its own company and call it: "Real Estate Investment Advisor".

Good evening. If you are not going to take commissions, but rather just offer general consulting advice, you don't need to do anything except open your business...you can do that as a sole proprietorship, limited liability company, partnership, or a corporation (C or S corp).
