When somebody acquires a certain exotic healing method such as psychic healing or Qi Gong (transfer of energy from the healer) for which there is no licensing available, can he practice it or is it illegal? It is my guess that he can as long as he attaches a disclaimer like "I am not a licensed professional. My method does not promise any cure" and so on.
