What kind of agreement?
Customer: replied 6 years ago.
As stated. It was an oral agreement that the father would purchase my house, but after fourmonths,he has not given a penny, andI stupidly allowed his son and friend to reside inmy house without a deposit, because the father said hewould purchase thehouse from September, 2009. When Irealized that the promises were not valid, I gave th son30 days tovacate the premises.

Such agreement to be binding has to be in writing.
