Prir to the work being performed all paties involved met for six hours to discuss process and procedures to reach an undestanding.

Here you can either accept their offer or you can retain an attorney and sue for the full amount. Verbal agreements are binding and the length of time and the number of contacts are very much in your favor and you will likely prevail.
