Resolved Question:

My new accountant is setting my company up on Quickbooks. He wants to take over the payroll from ADP first of the year and the forms show his address not my business. Why? Is it for convenience or control whern I fire him! I don't want anyone to control my money o business but me.

I agree completely with that statement. Doing the payroll on quickbooks is very easy and it can be handled internally without a problem. There is also no reason for the forms to have his address. How many employees do you have.
