If I start a company as a LLC will it inhibit my chances to receive a federal grant in any way. Please answer in a simple yes or no fashion.

what I ment was not for a personal loan but a federal grant for my LLC company.

You would need to review the eligbilty requirements for the specific grant but normally it does not matter if the applicant is an LLC or a person.
