hi ya with a commercial distress for rent seizure can a bailiff remove goods not belonging to the person named on the tenant agreement

No but proof of ownership will be needed like receipts or proof that the tools were wrongfully seized which could be tricky since they are not easily identified.

there is proof of ownership upon company accounts and some of the equipment are leased and my workers tool boxes have been put down

If you can trace the equipment from its acquisition it should be released then and you should be in good shape.

im sorry but very stressed as any 1 would be the landlord has said we owe money but we did work for him and contra monies with him for the work we did against the rent he went into adminsturation and wrote to us stating that he cant do that and has since brought back the company and owes us 32000.00 roughly now coming after us for rent which we have already paid surley he can not do that thank you
