I am a contractor from CT. We have been in business for 20

Resolved Question:

I am a contractor from CT. We have been in business for 20 years. In the last 6mo. we have received a few judgments against us, & we expect more to follow. How can we best protect our checking account, in order to stay in business?

consider opening up a new business with new accounts and having assets placed there. The creditor can still seek to void such transfers but it is better than having assets sit open for enforcement. Consider also settlement payment plans to avoid such enforcement
