What state is this in?
used by her?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.

State of Michigan--the card was in her name only and it was used a few days after she died

Expert:  INFOLAWYER replied 7 years ago.
Who was it used by?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
We don't know who used it--thats the problem==someone, unknown to us, must have used it--she gave it to people to buy groceries, etc. for her,but i think they still had it and used it for a few days after she died---we were unaware she even had one until the bill came
Expert:  INFOLAWYER replied 7 years ago.
The point though is the creditor would need to show who used it and recover from that person for the use.
