WHEN THE TERM DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE IS USED JUST WHAT DOES

Resolved Question:

WHEN THE TERM DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE IS USED JUST WHAT DOES THIS MEAN. FINISHED, GO AWAY, OVER WITH, DONE, LEAVE, ETC. OR CAN SOME OTHER JUDGE AT LATTER TIME SET ASIDE AND START ALL OVER AGAIN, SAY THREE YEARS LATTER?

When a judgment is designated dismissed with prejudice it cannot be refiled later under any circumstances. If it had been without prejudice there is generally a savings statue of a one year period that can be used to refile the action, but this is the end with an entry like that.
