Hello, If a husband and wife own an LLC which operates a business

This answer was rated:

Hello, If a husband and wife own an LLC which operates a business can the wife collect unemployment compensation in PA if she is not needed due to a slowdown? She was given a weekly payroll check with all taxes witheld and does not receive any distibution from company.

You say that all taxes have been withheld and/or paid. I am assuming that it includes the unemployment taxes applicable to your wife as an employee...that she has been reported as an employee?

If so, then your answer is Yes.
