Hello, If a husband and wife own an LLC which operates a business can the wife collect unemployment compensation in PA if she is not needed due to a slowdown? She was given a weekly payroll check with all taxes witheld and does not receive any distibution from company.



You say that all taxes have been withheld and/or paid. I am assuming that it includes the unemployment taxes applicable to your wife as an employee...that she has been reported as an employee?
