just started a small business with a partner who left after 7 weeks in business what are my obligations to her? i have invested 16,000 into this bussiness she has invested about 9,000 do i have to pay her the 9,000 because she left with a lot of bills owing that she was supposed to pay to bring her share up to what i put in.
