publisher accuses author who has published 13 books with him of plagerizing latest book. when he provided material in question it was 7 different sentences that were facts taken from articles and newspapers like 3 out of 4 teenagers feel depressed at some time during their teen years.

Reply to jdhaas's Post: while waiting a very long time for a response i did some reading/research myself. see stanford law/fair use article and i think you'll agree, i was completely within the copyright laws to use such a statement. there are facts and snippets of info that can't e copy written im not pleased with the answer. id like someone else who is willing to dig deeper .
