JA: Have you checked to make sure the thermostat is working? What about the coolant level?
Customer: I have checked both Is there a fuse for the blower that blows the heat threw car ?
JA: What is the model/year of your Buick?

Have you checked to see if the blower motor connector is missing power or ground with the blower commanded on?
