JA: Have you checked the coolant level? Have you checked to make sure the thermostat is working?
Customer: the coolant level is o.k. ---However I dont know where the thermostat is

You can help me by answering my original question. MY HEATER ONLY BLOWS WARM AIR FOR A FEW MINUTES. THEN ONLY COOL AIR COMES OUT. I WOULD LIKE YOUR OPINION WHAT IS WRONG.

Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

There are several things that could be doing on. The problem may be with the blend door, it could be an engine temperature issue, air in the heater core or a restriction in the heater core.

Does the temperature gauge come up to normal operating temperature in a normal amount of time and stay there?
Have you checked the coolant level?
