Customer Question

our front passenger seat heater quit working-how do you check it out?
JA: Have you checked the coolant level? Has there been any leaking from the hoses?
Customer: This is an electric heater so coolant does not have anything to do with it to my knowledge.
JA: What is the model/year of your Buick?
Customer: It is a*****
JA: Are you fixing your Park Avenue yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I plan to fix it if I can get some know how on it
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: not that I know of

There is no way to know what the exact problem is without checking it.
