liftgate is closed but says its open. cant open it and lights wont turn off
JA: Just to clarify, what are the exact lights you're talking about?
Customer: all the lights inside. like when a door is open.
JA: What is the model/year of your Buick?
Customer: 2009 enclave
JA: Are you fixing your Enclave yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: i hace just tried to get the liftgate open and pushing on it to make sure its closed

I need to know if you have an auto or manual liftgate?

We need to get into the liftgate and try to manually get the latch to release so we can then do electrical tests on the door ajar sensors and the lock actuator sing a volt ohm meter. Let me know if you can get into the get and get it open?
