1997 Buick century front signals continue to give problems after changing parking lamp and signal module. Continues to burn sockets.
JA: Has the battery been tested?
Customer: No
JA: Are you fixing your Century yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I replaced sockets and bulbs, that fixed it for a short period. Then they went out again, I had a mechanic replace the module, that work for a week now its out again.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

  • Burst sockets are normally caused by incorrect bulbs, not enough power or ground. Do you have a volt meter so we can do some tests?
