Customer: thermostat has been replaced and no leaks ,fans come on seems low but still overheat
JA: Are you fixing your Lucerne yourself? What have you tried so far?

Customer: fans come on low but car still overheats

Hi, I'm Ron and I will be helping you today.
Stand by for a moment while I prepare your answer.

The water pump fins can be worn out not moving the coolant as it should.

You should also check the radiator for blockage.

Thanks, Ron

If you are satisfied with my answer, I would greatly appreciate a 5
star rating now and I will still assist you after you have rated me
too if another question pops up. I don’t get credit for helping you
until you rate me.

I have replaced : thermostat, water pump, temperature sensor, and coolant. The cooling fans only come when A/C is turned on.
the fan only turn slow or on low speed.

You can have a bad fan control module then.
