can the fog lights on the lacrosse be connected the is not connected in the factory
JA: Have you checked the fuses? Do you know what size fuse it needs?
Customer: there is not a switch for it
JA: What year is your LaCrosse?

Yes, a GM Dealer should be able to Order & Install factory Type Fog Lights, but at this time the Kit does not show as "available" thru GM Parts.
The Dealer "might" be able to piece it together using 2015 Fog Lights & Switch, but it would be more expensive Parts & Labor
Many times GM takes a while before New Products are available.
They have to have a "need" from Dealers & Customers, before they will introduce a Kit or way to add After Sale Components
