Hey How are you

Sorry to hear about this issue .

it does have a fuel filter, but you car acting like battery weak , or starter weak

lets start by checking 12 volts on battery, then if you get to turn over ,check alternator for 14 volts while running

is battery taking a charge ? is the alternator charging it .

now the fuel filter needs changing if you have not already, but a clogged fuel filter will make it run rough or not run at all if not allowing fuel

but I will TURN OVER and it is not turning over now .

Please let me know

Thank You

Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

There are many possible causes for a no start situation and it will take some testing to determine what is going on. You may be missing fuel pressure due to a pump issue or a loss of power or ground to it, you may be missing spark due to a number of reasons.

The first things that should be done are check for spark, check to see if the fuel pump runs when the key is turned on, and check for fault codes. Has any of this been done?
