the air will not transfer from the floor to any other vent when you push the buttons just stuck on floor vent
JA: How long has this been an issue? How many miles are on the car?

it sounds like the mode door actuator is not working. common failure. procedure below

I attached a picture for you to view the location.

  1. Remove the left sound insulator.
  1. Remove the electrical connector from the mode actuator.
  2. Remove the mode actuator retaining screws (1).
  3. Remove the mode actuator.
