Hi Im David, thanks for visiting the site. you are going to need to be a bit more specific as to your problem. the heater control doesnt work when you are selecting hot or cold?
blower motor is inop even on the highest setting too?
ok heres a print of the blower motor controls, 00lets see what could be causing this
check the 10 amp mdl fuse 41
check all the fuses on the print
on the print, where do you have power and where dont you have power? which wires?
what wire???? where is it on the print?
if this is too difficult for you to explain, I will opt out and let another tech help.
is it too small, because i sent a large file.
have you checked all 5 fuses on the print?
im going to opt out and let another tech help. I cant help you if you cant give me more specific information... have a nice day.
Hello, my name is***** you have automatic or manual controls? Thanks.
At control module the brown wire should have voltage with key on, orange should have voltage at all times, and black should have ground. Let me know, thanks.
Both. The brown should have voltage with key on and orange should have voltage at all times.
This wire gets power from fuse 26 in center console. Check to see if fuse is blown, if not check to see if fuse has power with key on. Let me know, thanks.
Does it have power with key on?
Replace the IGN3 relay and let me know if that helps if you are sure fuse 26 does not have voltage.
Remove relay and jump pin 87 to pin 30, let me know if that puts voltage on 26.
So fuse 26 does get power with key in on position?
Then that would most likely mean brown wire is damaged somewhere or fuse box has failed. Check to see if brown wire leaving fuse box has power with key on, if so run a new wire between fuse box and heater. Let me know if you have questions, thanks.
