The fuse for the power mirror is located in the center console fuse block and is labeled "PWR MIR". If the fuse is good, there is a test procedure that can be done, but this will require the use of a scan-tool that can interact with body items and a test lamp. More commonly here, the problem ends up being the power mirror motor itself that has failed.
