Customer: 2000 lasabre custom
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes fixing it myself, replaced rear bulbs

Great, can you check the yellow wire at the rear turn bulb socket connector and see if it has pulsating 12 volts while the turn signal is on?

If you get the voltage to the socket look in the wire harness attached to the trunk hinge for a broken black wire, if you get nothing there check the yellow wire in the same place.
