99 Buick Century. The button to enable/disable the window

Customer Question

99 Buick Century. The button to enable/disable the window locks is permanently stuck in the disabled position. So my adult passengers cannot open/close their windows. Can I fix it myself? Thank you.
JA: Is this your first time dealing with this issue?
Customer: Yes
JA: What year is your Century?
Customer: 99
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes, but don't know what to do.
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: The switch cover came off.
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Buick Mechanic about your situation and then connect you two.
