Customer Question

How many canisters does it take to fill a/c unit, unit Blows air but it does not get cool we have put one in already.
JA: Have you checked the coolant level? Have you checked for a leak in the radiator?
Customer: no leak in the radiator, ground under car never a sign of any leakage of any kind. car has relative new motor installed a year ago last November, 2005 motor with 28,000 miles. oh and by the way you are dealing with two ladies trying to take care of our own car.
JA: What is the model of your '05 Buick?
Customer: 2001
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: just put in one canister of freon
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
