The buick enclave 2008 will not start despite having working lights.
JA: Does the engine turn over? How old is the battery?
Customer: Battery age is unknown, and the engine will not turn at all. The engine won't even engage will all other functions work flawlessly.
JA: Tell me a bit more about what's going on so he can help you best.
Customer: Well we just attempted to jump the vehicle with no reaction. The vehicle owner just started the car and only the lights powered.
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself?
Customer: Well it's one in the morning, so yes.
JA: Is there anything else important you think the Buick Mechanic should know about your Buick?
Customer: Not really, the engine won't turn over and this problem has occurred before. In the previous occurrence, the remote start was used to start the car with success.

Do you own a test light or volt meter to do some diag?

With the key on is the security light not on or flashing?

No security light, the check engine light will come on. Not volt meter
