I leave the lights in the "auto" position on my 2005 Buick

Customer Question

I leave the lights in the "auto" position on my 2005 Buick Lacrosse CXL. This evening after leaving a restaurant I noticed that both low beam headlights were not working. Both high beams are working. Where do I need to start in fixing this?
JA: Working headlights are essential for a safe drive. Luckily, the mechanic I'm going to connect you with will have just the tips you need for a quick fix. Are you hoping to fix this yourself?
Customer: I'd like to.
JA: Is there anything else the Buick Mechanic should be aware of about your Buick?
Customer: No other issues
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Buick Mechanic about your situation and then connect you two.
