Buick Rainier: I have a 2005 Buick Rainer 5.3L V-8 rear wheel

Customer Question

I have a 2005 Buick Rainer 5.3L V-8 rear wheel drive with traction control. I need a replacement ABS Control Module and have looked everywhere. The existing module was sent to GM and it could not be rebuilt. Is it safe to drive the vehicle without this working?
What are my best options to find a replacement? The original GM part # ***** ***** The remanufactured part # ***** *****

Mike, I have called every place on the Internet and have gone thru both GM Parts Direct and Dorman. I ordered aone from a junk yard and it fit but didn't work. I ordered one from autoplicity and it didn't fit.
