good afternoon my name is ***** ***** I will assist

most of the time the reason for this is the oil pump. there is or should be some residual oil pressure from the pump. the oil is most likely leaking down and the lifters are dry until oil pressure builds up.

I would try to have the oil system flushed by using a cleaning agent such as sea foam. let it run for about 45 to an hour and then change the oil and filter. this may help with pressure relief valve in the pump.
