good afternoon my name is ***** ***** I will assist
your code trader is of no use in this situation
do you have a test light and voltmeter to do some checks???
ok, check all your fuses with a test light to verify power on both sides with the key in the on position.
12 but you are using a test light for this, it is easier. I attached a wire diagram for you to view. it gives you the fuse number under the hood that needs to be checked.
did you check the fuse for power???
ok, now you need to test for voltage to the pump. you will need someone to help you. under the car drivers side, there is a wire connector coming out of the body. it is between the driver and rear door. there is a gray wire in that connector. see if that wire is hot with 12 volts, use your voltmeter, while cranking
yes, black lead to steel body part
there is a fuel pump relay in the fuse block. can you hear it click when the engine cranks???
just wondering if you had a bad connection testing the gray wire. can you access the wires on top of the tank at the fuel pump??
it is a black wire in the connector. there should be 2 blacks. usw an ohmeter from the connector to a body ground and measure the ohm readings
solid black. the reading should read 0 ohms
