When I start my 1999 Buick century 3.1 car on my radio and power window stop working when car is running but when i turn car off and turn key on but car not running radio and power window work what can be the problem check all fused and relay they all work

Hello, my name is***** usually means the ignition switch has failed, not sending power to those fuses. Check to see if the 2 amp radio fuse has power with key in on position, if not then replace ignition switch. This would be around 200 to have done at a shop.
